UNION SQUARE STRAWBERRY COCKTAIL

Calling all cocktail lovers, we have the perfect one for your New Years eve.

Delight every guest with this perfect and simple cocktail made with basil and strawberry, balancing with the complex Adamus flavour.

Ingredients:

• 6 cl Adamus Organic Dry Gin
• 2 Strawberries
• 1 sprig of fresh basil
• 12 ml of lime juice
• 12 ml of lemon juice
• 1 tablespoon of agave syrup
• half a strawberry to decorate

Preparation:

1. Crush the strawberries with the fresh basil in a shaker.
2. Add the remaining ingredients.
3. Add ice and shake vigorously.
4. Pour into a chilled cocktail glass (To chill the glass, simply fill it with ice while you prepare the cocktail).
5. Garnish the glass with half a strawberry or as desired.
