History
The origin of this distillate dates back to ancient times in Portugal. With four generations of tradition in the production of pomace brandy, the opportunity arose to create a version that combines tradition with contemporary details, while maintaining Portuguese authenticity.
The organic grape marc used in Bairrada's Baga wines has been carefully selected, with the entire vinification and maturation process monitored. Distilled slowly in copper stills with direct steam, the best batches were chosen by sensory tests and laboratory analysis.
In 2014, ADAMUS Aguardente Bagaceira Bairrada DOC 2014 was born, with a limited edition of 2354 numbered bottles.
